These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ra8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your use of the ra8.pro website, the ra8 mobile app, and all services, content, and features provided through our platform.
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ra8 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement. These terms take effect from the date of your account registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier.
Ra8 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
To register and use the ra8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active ra8 account at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, identification number (MyKad/passport), date of birth, email address, and active mobile number. ra8 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
The KYC process requires you to upload a valid identification document. This verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ra8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Ra8 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, local bank transfers, and several other digital payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Transaction Limits: The minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000, subject to review and account verification level. These limits may change at ra8's discretion.
Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 business hours depending on the payment method and internal review requirements. ra8 reserves the right to extend processing times for security verification purposes.
Withdrawal Policy: For security and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes, withdrawals are generally only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the original method is unavailable, the ra8 customer support team will assist in finding an alternative solution.
Ra8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion carries its own terms and conditions that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
Wagering Requirement: Bonuses awarded are generally subject to wagering requirements of between 10x and 40x, depending on the promotion type. This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before the bonus converts into withdrawable cash.
Bonus Usage: Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirements or contribute at a different rate. Full details are provided in the terms of each promotion.
Bonus Fraud Detection: ra8 employs an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse attempts. Accounts suspected of exploiting promotions through dishonest means may be terminated and the entire balance forfeited without warning.
All games available on the ra8 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent certification body. This ensures that the outcome of every round is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay — such as internet connectivity issues, server failure, or any system error — ra8 will use internal transaction records to determine a fair outcome. Results recorded in the ra8 system are final and binding.
Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or amended. Members are advised to carefully review the wager amount and game selection before confirming each bet.
Ra8 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or reject any wager suspected of involving fraud, player collusion, or any form of system manipulation. The use of automated software (bots), data mining tools, or any third-party software attempting to manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
Ra8 members are required to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility at all times while using the platform. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other members or to the integrity of the platform will not be tolerated.
Violations of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, and in serious cases, legal action may be taken.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the ra8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification and compliance checks are completed.
Ra8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
In cases of termination due to fraud or serious violations, ra8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ra8 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from gaming.
Ra8 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fully secure at all times. However, we are committed to minimising disruptions and maintaining high system uptime through robust technical infrastructure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the ra8 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of ra8 services is lawful under the laws of the country or region in which they reside. ra8 makes no representation that the content or services available on this platform are appropriate or lawful in all locations.
Ra8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be published on the ra8.pro website with the new effective date stated.
